Night in the Museum, and a Night with Friends

I really don't know if I could still write a blog entry since it's been a long time since I wrote one. My friend John (the name he preferred to be called instead of his other name Ahmer..hehe) just mentioned that I'm not updating this blog anymore. Well.. since Facebook came out, I haven't had the time to write or even to visit this blog. My "internet routine" now is just composed of checking mails, reading Facebook, playing games in Facebook, watching Asian Dramas, Facebook, chatting Facebook etc... Talk about Facebook addiction.. even Friendster was now out of my system! hehe..

Anyway, moving on.. after a series of stressful and disappointing weeks, not to mention knowing that my long-time super crush was in fact a married man! (huhuhu), we, (Claire, Aims and John) decided to meet up and push through our planned movie get together that was conceived two months ago (?) if I'm not mistaken, just to unwind and catch up with each other.

We hang up at Secret Recipe, Mega Atrium first while waiting for the showing schedule at 5pm. It was supposed to be at Starbucks but because of crowded atmosphere and John insisted that we should try Secret Recipe's cakes, (hehe peace John!)we gave it a try.

Ordered Blueberry Cheesecake for Aims, Chocolate Cheesecake for Claire, Oreo Cheesecake for me and Apple pie something for John (what's it called again?) which according to him he won't dare to order anymore.ehehe.. Well honestly, it really doesn't look so inviting and delicious. :)

Went to buy tickets after coffee break. Drag Me To Hell was the first choice but we ended up choosing Night at The

Museum 2 since John had already seen the first one. The latter was not a bad choice either. I find the movie great. Thanks to Aims for explaining some parts to me by reason of I haven't seen the first installment. We all had a good laugh, particularly me that according to John laughs the loudest among us. Harhar..

Went to check Toy Kingdom after the movie because Aims want to check the new release of Transformers in line of Transformers movie 2. But then again, he's just as disappointed as ever. :) It was about 7:45 when we left Toy Kingdom remembering that we're supposed to watch John Ford Coley perform at Mega Atrium by 7:30pm. We thought it just started when we arrived, hearing him singing the last part of "Just Tell Me You Love Me". But then, he just left the stage after the song while the host started thanking him and promoting his succeeding scheduled performances and people just started to walk away.. haayyy..

We just had dinner at Wendy's before heading home which for me was the most enjoying part of the whole day. Great talk about anything under the sun, great laugh, John's so-called porn movie (hahaha), business plans and great plans that hopefully will start to materialize as our target date comes.
